Sign in below using your purchase email, then select Support in the portal menu. Paid technical support requires an active paid licence.

Access downloads, invoices, subscriptions and licence activations through your customer account.
Open customer portal ↗Before submitting a ticket: include your WordPress and ShaderPress versions, browser, affected URL and steps to reproduce the issue. Remove passwords, private licence keys and unrelated personal data from attachments. For purchase or account-access issues, use the relevant portal category or email Support.
